SoB uses locally raised organic Wagyu beef from our friends at A Bar N Ranch making our sliders crave-able from the first bite. We hand-bread our white meat chicken sliders and make our black bean patties in-house for our veg-heads. SoB sliders are cooked Med-Rare to Med (the way Wagyu should be), finished with flaky Maldon salt, and served on a toasted Martin's Potato Bun.
